Genoogle is a search engine for similar genetics sequences. It uses parallel computing and indexing techniques and it is completely open source. It has a console interface with a simples scripting language, (simple) web interface, and web services support.
Contributions, forks, sugestions and projects that use Genoogles are welcome.
