    BACKGROUND

    The Telethon Institute for Child Health Research has an exciting opportunity for a computational biologist to work on projects investigating the molecular pathogenesis of paediatric cancer. Projects will involve analysis of next-generation whole genome datasets in collaboration with both bioinformaticians and molecular biologists.

    REQUIREMENTS

    The ideal candidate would have a PhD in bioinformatics or computational biology, or equivalent working experience in related areas. Training and supervision opportunities are available.

    TERMS

    The position is offered for up to 3 years in the first instance.
