The Program is involved in analyses of genes, transcripts and biological events in individuals with neuropsychiatric disorders and induced pluripotent stem cells models. The level of the position will be commensurate with training and experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

Pipeline development and implementation (including quality control, troubleshooting and optimization) for RNA sequence data. Specific tasks include computation and analyses of levels of transcripts as well as analysis of splice variants.

The role will involve working as part of the Program team to run pipelines and deliver analytical outputs. The applicant will be expected to work and consult with colleagues concerning issues of data analysis and interpretation.
