The proposed workshop intends to provide an arena for students, research scholars and faculty in discussing the following topics as well as provide hands-on training in:

Computational analysis of biological data

Cloud Computing

Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and heuristic methods

Prediction of protein structure

Support Vector Machine

Application of fuzzy logic in medicine

Computational tools for gene regulation

Analysis of gene expression data

Computer assisted drug discovery
* Knowledge discovery in biological domains

REGISTRATION

The interested applicants are requested to send their resume and field of research to aoaiib[at]gmail.com by 10th November, 2011. The confirmation regarding their participation will be sent by 15th November 2011. After the confirmation mail the participants are requested to send the registration fee by 25th November, 2011

The registration fee for the Workshop is applicable to all the participants. It includes admission to the technical sessions, lunch and refreshments.

Post graduates/Students : Rs. 500/-
Research Scholars/ Faculties : Rs. 700/-

Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of "The Registrar, Karunya University" payable at Coimbatore and should be sent to The Organizing Secretary.
