RESPONSIBILITIES

Applications are invited for a programmer/database developer position, focusing on digital curation and data management in bioinformatics studies. The developer will be responsible for database development, data exchange standards, submission to public archives, and support for web application development.

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate should hold a BS or MS in a scientific or engineering discipline and have completed coursework in computer science or bioinformatics. Applicants should have experience in database management, server management, and web-based programming. If possible, please provide examples of completed projects or applications written by you.

TERMS

The position is available immediately. This position will be for a one-year fixed period.

COMPENSATION

Salary commensurate with experience.
