BRL functions as the Epigenomic Data Analysis and Coordination Center for the NIH Roadmap Epigenomics Initiative (http://www.roadmapepigenomics.org). The laboratory constructs and analyzes the Human Epigenome Atlas (http://www.epigenomeatlas.org), collaborates in several disease-focused projects, conducts workshops for national and international scientists, and participates in the newly launched International Human Epigenome Consortium (http://www.ihec-epigenomes.org).RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who seeks to be at the intersection of epigenome/genome/proteome science, large-scale data analysis, and cloud computing. The Senior Bioinformatics Analyst will serve as the point of contact for various client projects, advise on data analysis methods, participate in data analysis, and apply programming skills to develop and/or integrate tools into Genboree Workbench (http://www.genboree.org). Data processing pipelines and tools will be implemented using a programming language such as Ruby and Genboree's REST Application Programming Interfaces.REQUIREMENTS
