The goal of this workshop is to bring together NGS researchers to communicate research results, share new ideas, and do some networking. The main interests of the workshop concern new methods, algorithms and tools for NGS data analysis, applications to address important biological problems, and the development of clinic applications for disease diagnosis and treatment.
