    For over 20 years, our Client has been a leader as Statistical Consultants for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries. By providing design, execution, and clinical trials report support, with flexibility and integrity, they have achieved growing success.

    At this time, they are looking for a Sr. Biostatistician who will be the project team leader. This professional must also be the primary statistical contact for their clients.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    • Participating in the design and review of clinical protocols and case report forms (CRFs) for projects.
    • Preparation of Statistical Considerations sections, sample size calculations, interim looks, randomizations, and study design recommendations.
    • Creating and implementing statistical analysis plans and specification documents.
    • Participating in database design, data collection guidelines, and logic checks.
    • Providing guidance to programmers and analysts on statistical procedures in software packages such as SAS and StatXact.
    • Writing and reviewing statistical reports.
    • Assisting medical writers in producing integrated clinical and statistical reports.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Ph.D. in Biostatistics.
    • Proven leadership skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Minimum 1 year SAS experience.

    NOTE

    • For Jr. Position [M.S. with at least three years industry experience].

    IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    • Pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO clinical trials experience.
    • SUDAAN and/or StatXact and/or nQuery experience.

    COMPENSATION

    Salary: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 [Expertise Based]

Senior Biotatistician - Director Level opportunity for a Senior Statistician at a premier Pharmaceutical Company. Our client has an immediate need for a Statistician with a minimum of 5-6 years experience to lead the publication efforts for a major clinical trial. the successful candidate will drive the data mining efforts and interact with the Marketing Department, External Groups, Physicians, Publications Manager and Communications Department. All applicants must have a PhD in Statistics or BioStatistics, Cardiovascular experience and 5-6 years of experience with long-term, large-scale trials.
