    SUMMARY

    Oregon State University's (OSU) Botany and Plant Pathology department – Center for Genome Research and Biocomputing (CGRB). Full time + benefits. The appointee will be located for the first year at the University of California, Riverside and thereafter at Oregon State University. OSU is an AA/EOE.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsibilities and duties include develop research software for FungiDB; curate, analyze and load research data for the FungiDB project; communication with FungiDB developers at UCR and EuPathDB developers at UPenn to implement the research goals.
