Hi, i'm Ferdinando Pucci. i'm really interested in e-cell sim env 3, i think this is a GREAT project! Till now i read the user guide and the design rationale publication. I start to understand how thing goes but i still have some dubts: i read about the *.em file format, but its like the HTML, how the sim env modify the object structure of what i've declared? Maybe using the *.ess files? This summer i plan to learn python and maybe to become the Debian manteiner of the package, if they want :-) Seeya!
