I am currantly working on Two SR Director positions within the Pharmaceutical industry. They are with a CRO. Must have at least ten years industry experience and a PHD. Managed teams and been at least a manager. On position one, you will lead at least 50 people, and on position two, you will lead at least 35 people. Need to have FDA interaction and good leadership skills. Salary is between 120 to 150k + plus other benefits options, bonus, etc.
