    Back in November 2006, we posted a call-for-help regarding a new bioinformatics search engine we wish to establish. Thank you for all who responded.

    With 200 curated URLs, we now feel we have a critical mass to release this project to the public. The search engine provides some features that not all "link" pages have, e.g. many links show quick previews of the respective website as you hover over them (sorry, IE-users only currently). we scan our database weekly for obsolete references to minimize the chance for dead links. A news section for major topics was added as well, linking into Google News RSS feeds. Of course, you can still add your own software/webpages as well.
