    WinBlast v.0.1.5 released! WinBlast is a Windows graphical front-end for NCBI BLAST. It is completely written in C#, utilizing Microsoft's latest .NET framework. WinBlast will run on any machine that supports the Microsoft .NET framework. WinBlast features an intuitive user interface and increases the ease-of-use for command-line BLAST.

    This release includes the following:
    • Html Output
    • UI Bug Fixes
    • General Bug Fixes

In negotiating thru corridors of security patches tyring to determine what will stop my system fronm constantly disconnecting from IP,as I thionk it is a virus, something with "WinBlast" in the text/title popped up before the disconnect. What is Winblast explained for very illiteriate computer users

I had execute the norton anti-virus and the program found a blaster in my windows xp.
