The primary responsibility of this position will be to research and prototype algorithms and tools to accelerate antibody and small molecule drug discovery and development efforts at our client.
Qualifications:
- PhD in computational sciences or equivalent experience. Pharmaceutical industry experience a must.
- Molecular Modeling Experience
- Drug Design
- QSAR preferred
- Ab Initio
- Computer Aided Drug Design
- Algorithm Development
- Experience in a research environment
- Domain knowledge and experience in building algorithms for docking, binding energy prediction, pharmacophore models, SAR, metabolism and toxicity prediction
