...actually i'm a beginner in bionformatic.. here i wanna ask about benchmaking with dataset? what the relation benchmarking, DNA dataset and balibase..can anyone brief me? now i'm doing my thesis in pairwise sequence alignment using dynamic programming..so i really need this information to complete my thesis as soon as posible... i hope somebody can explain it in detail..
