A Bioinformatics Company in California (and Boston) seeks an exceptionally talented and motivated individual to assist with the design and implementation of software and web interface for DNA and protein sequence analysis. Although your primary responsibility will be software implementation, you will also be encouraged to help design such software and pursue creative solutions to other tasks commensurate with your experience and ability. In conjunction with bioinformatics scientists and biologists, you will utilize our extensive computational resources and proprietary information to make a major impact on company's drug target identification efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should possess a M.S or Phd degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics,Computational Biology or equivalent. Applicants must be fluent in Perl, Java, C, C++, etc and must be acquainted with statistics and biology knowledge required for Bioinformatics. Applicants must also have sufficient Databses knowledge . Applicants should be highly motivated, resourceful, and enthusiastic about computational biology.
