As part of the Masters in Bioinformatics I'm currently attending at Manchester University (UK), I'm looking for a summer internship position in bioinformatics. This would preferably take place from June to August of this year.
Academic background :
BSc. in Biochemistry, Trinity College Dublin, II-1
MSc. in Bioinformatics, Manchester University, (uncompleted).
Skills :
Java, PERL, SQL and HTML programming. Familiar with UNIX, VI, SilkPerformer (web-testing software). Proficient in the standard Microsoft packages.
Experience :
Recently completed a Java-based project for that analysis of mass-spec data.

As part of the B-tech in Bioinformatics I'm currently perusing 3rd year in Vellore institute of technology (india) I'm looking for a summer internship position in bioinformatics. This would preferably take place from mid May july of this year
Academic background :
senior secondary: science D.A.V.J.V.M Ranchi India
Skills :
PERL, SQL ,C ,C++ ,Visual Basic programming. Proficient in the standard Microsoft packages.
Experience :
Recently completed a sql - VB based project
