    The goal of the PBC'05 Workshop is to present the latest research in high-performance computing applied to bioinformatics. Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
    • Bioinformatic databases
    • Computational genomics and proteomics
    • DNA assembly, clustering, and mapping
    • Parallel algorithms for biological analysis
    • Parallel architectures for biological applications
    • System tools that support large scale high-performance bio-computing,
    • Molecular sequence analysis
    • Phylogeny reconstruction algorithms
    • Protein structure prediction and modeling
    The PBC Workshop will be held in conjunction with the Sixth International Conference on Parallel Processing and Applied Mathematics PPAM 2005, Poznan, Poland, September 11-14, 2005 (http://ppam.pcz.pl).

HI, I think the submission dates are wrong. It says 30th of April for paper submission.
