One of San Diego?s top pharmaceutical companies is launching a new product that draws on the field of bioinformatics. Major agreements have been drawn with national drug companies to co-develop and market their products. In anticipation of heavy customer demand, my client has created a new Product Support Department to help customers understand the product and gather their change requests to enhance the product.
