I am a graduate student in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry in the Universirty of Colombo, Sri Lanka.I am requested to write a bioinformatics software as a part of my graduate programme. I like to study sequence analysis or chromosome mapping and prefer to work in C++ The duration of the study will be six months and I will have to start it by the end of JULY/2004.
