RESPONSIBILITIES: Implementation of machine learning algorithms, Biological DB construction, Virtual screening for drug discovery REQUIREMENTS: 1. Strong C/C++ and Perl Programming skill 2. Application of various machine learning algorithms to biological data analysis 3. Experience on the application of molecular docking and scoring AND/OR 2D/3D chemical descriptors to drug discovery projects 4. Linux system adiministration Strong candidates should have at least two or more of the above requirements. PREFERENCES: Excellant command of English or Korean Fast learner TERMS: Minimum 2yr for the scientist position.
