Hello I am a student of Bolivia q this developing its thesis of Ingenieria de Sistemas in the field of the bioinformática, but at the moment I am confronting some problems. Until now I have found a filtrate process of espectos and that already I have it implemented is called "filtrate of convolucion", it is used in treatment of imagenes but I found its application to the phantoms of masses and i need some algorithm of comparison of phantoms; or paper that it explains with examples or phormulas whereupon algorithm I can compare phantoms of masses for the identification of proteins.
