Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or equivalent - Several years experience in natural products isolation and / or synthesis - Experience with modern chromatography and separation methods - Profound knowledge of all methods to determine the structure of complex organic molecules - Good knowledge of chemical databases (e.g. ISIS Base, Chapman & Hall, Chemical Abstracts, etc.) - Experience in leadership and management of scientific collaborators - Experience in managing interdisciplinary projects - Team-oriented - Proactive mentality - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently - Well developed interpersonal and communications skills - Experience with Microsoft Office/NT is desirable
