I have recently started the MD/PhD Program at the University of Minnesota (http://www.med.umn.edu/mdphd/). I have worked on several bioinformatics projects and started the Bioinformatics Group at the University of Minnesota (http://www.umn.edu/~biogroup). My current research interests are microbiology/virology and bioinformatics. My undergraduate work was on the RNA secondary structure of Coxsackievirus B1 in the lab of Dr. Patty Tam.
