[ Ticket #1204 ] PCD system command appears to have no effect
    Date:

    Submitted by:

    Assigned to:

    Category:
    bioLegato
    Priority:
    1
    Ticket group:
    Bug
    Resolution:
    Not Resolved
    Summary:
PCD system command appears to have no effect
    Original submission:
According to the PCD paper, it should be possible to exclude items from a BioLegato menu using the system command
ex. The following was implemented in bldna --> Alignment --> MAFFT:

    system
    linux x86_64,x86
    osx x86_64

However, this appears to have no effect. Commenting out the linux line still results in the menu appearing in bldna.
I also tried running this on mira, and even though it was Solaris, the menu still appeared.
