TeXMed is just a Web-based interface to NCBI PubMed that allows you to query PubMed and to store references in LaTeX/BibTeX (a typesetting language) format.

Type in your PubMed query in the text field, and it then gets submitted to PubMed, and your references are returned in BibTeX format. I first created TeXMed when writing my thesis back in 2002, and I've hoped since then it has helped many student scientists writing in LaTeX.

    AVAILABILITY

Until recently, the service was hosted at Imperial College London but is now available from http://www.bioinformatics.org/texmed/.

Have a nice writing ... Arne
