This course covers the statistical aspects needed for MDA in a series of lectures. The approach is suitable for those that want to process data using R scripts and Bioconductor modules, keeping the liberty to flexibly adapt the analysis steps to the circumstances by writing and maintaining their own scripts. Data can come from any of the several Microarray platforms, as well as NGS. In this edition we will dedicate one day to RNA-seq.

The hands-on practicals are fully guided. the course takes place in a well equipped training room where it is easy to engage on full concentration on the subject matters.

We are keen on providing skills and usage independence in 16 different courses a year.
