A position is immediately available in our client's growing Custom Sequencing Group. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the group and be responsible for all phases of DNA sequencing, including subclone library construction, template DNA preparation, DNA sequence reaction setup, fluorescent sequence detection, and preliminary data characterization and analysis. Requirements include a bachelor?s degree in a related field and experience performing sequencing in a high throughput environment. Team leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Experience in all phases of DNA sequencing, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and troubleshooting and strong customer service skills are required; experience with implementation of robotic automation would be advantageous.

There is a new site out that seems to be dedicated to the rights of DNA in legal cases. As we all know; DNA is not being held to the highest of standards right now due to the fact of the enormous mistakes it has been making on people's lives. Please take a look at this and hopefully we can stop the insanity. www.rightswatchdog.com
