Flu DatasetExplorer tool provides an easy and interactive way to perform preliminary analysis on protein sequences from the NCBI Influenza Sequence Database and/or user's input file.

Protein datasets are visually represented using non-linear mapping, hierarchical clustering and phylogenetic trees with user-selected similarity criteria and algorithms.
