Added lines 1-3:

Gemvid is a monitoring system that quantifies overall free movements of rodents without any markers, using a commercially available CCTV and a newly designed motion detection software developed on a GNU/Linux-operating computer. The application is based on software modules that allow the system to be used in a high-throughput workflow. Source code is licensed under the GNU GPL ; documentation and example files are licensed under the GNU FDL.

When the publication will be accepted, this website will host all the software source code files, documentation and example files as well as pages about hardware requirements, user experiences, etc.
