    Resources: SHIFT: Server for hidden stops analysis in frame-shifted translation

    We are pleased to announce a new web server from our group: SHIFT. The server allows users to predict hidden stop codons in frame-shifted translations for genomic sequences belongs to all the lineages according to respective genetic code system.
